Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and cloud infrastructure. Memorial content (photos, videos, and text) is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

Please note that memorials created on the Free plan are publicly accessible by default and can be viewed by anyone with the link. Premium and Family plan subscribers can set their memorials to private, restricting access to only themselves and people they explicitly share the link with. You are responsible for managing the visibility settings of your memorials based on your subscription tier.

4. Payment Information & Taxes

All payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment processors comply with PCI-DSS standards to ensure secure handling of your financial information.

Prices displayed on ForeverPet are exclusive of applicable taxes. The final amount charged at checkout may include VAT, sales tax, GST, or other taxes based on your location. Tax amounts are calculated automatically by our payment processor.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal requirements or court orders
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality)
• Public memorials are visible to anyone with the link, as configured by you

Please be aware that content shared via public memorial links may have been accessed, cached, or saved by third parties before you change visibility settings. ForeverPet cannot guarantee the removal of content that has already been publicly accessed.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, your personal data and memorial content will be permanently removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
